Shipments and Returns

As a new business, we wish to start small and deliver only to the UK at present.

All items are sent via The Royal Mail and would require a signature upon receipt. We therefore do not deliver to PO box addresses.

The charge for UK postage and packing is £3.95

Please be aware we do not take responsibility for late or non delivery due to factors outside our control.

Please allow 7 to 14 working days for delivery (if in stock, we aim to deliver within 7 days) and even 4 to 8 weeks for the highly demanded items and during busy periods. If there is a delay we will inform you immediately and will do our utmost to despatch as soon as we can.

Due to the fact that each item is carefully hand-made, stock is expected to be low more often than not.

We aim to provide the best quality products, so if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, please return the items to the business address, unused, in the original packaging and in a re-saleable condition, within 14 days of the date of receipt and we will happily provide a refund or exchange the item accordingly. We do not refund the postage or the original postage for returned unwanted items.

We carefully examine all products that are sold or despatched, but if goods are found to be damaged during transit you must inform us by email within 3 days of receipt of the item to ensure a free replacement or refund. You must then return it promptly within 7 days of receiving the item with the original receipt. We will send confirmation of receipt of your email and if you have not received this, please send the email again just in case it got lost.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure we receive returned products. We do not refund returned items that arrive damaged or become lost.

We request that you return items via 2nd class signed for delivery to ensure we receive the item and the postage and full price will be refunded to you only in cases where the product is damaged during transit.
